With 35 years’ experience of teaching yoga, Sue runs regular weekly classes, offers one to one yoga and yoga therapy sessions and teaches on the Yoga Scotland Foundation Course.
Sue is also a qualified masseur. She offers therapeutic and remedial massage as well as a south Indian ayurvedic massage called chavutty thirumal.
Having learnt Autogenics for her own use, she completed the BAS Diploma in Autogenic Therapy in 2004. Autogenics is a simple yet powerful relaxation technique which can have a profound impact on the way we approach life.
